Vocalist Seu Jorge and guitarist Rogê brought their Brazilian-yet-more music to Berkeley for an enchanting night of beautiful songs. They opened the show with playing almost a dozen songs together, followed by Rogê performing one song solo. Seu Jorge returned and performed four of his Bowie tribute songs from his album The Life Aquatic Studio Sessions including “Rebel Rebel,” “Life on Mars?,” “Changes,” and “Space Oddity.” Playing to a packed, mostly Brazilian, audience, it was a thrilling evening.
