This threadbare, long-in-the-tooth degenerate limped away from the wreckage of a mis-spent youth in the London punk/club scene of the 1980s. He has had an extensive career as a photojournalist for many and varied publications over the years and even had his own magazine on a couple of occasions. Aside from being involved in the punk subculture, his other great loves are racing (crashing cars), demolition derby, and banger racing in the UK. A serious injury afforded him the downtime to go legit and go to photojournalism school to learn how to do it properly from accomplished professionals. He has been a resident of the Bay Area since 1990, continuing his healthy "appetite for destruction" and live music events, a tradition that started when he was a teenager in the UK. There are not many artists that this veteran rebellion rocker has not seen, photographed, or rubbed shoulders with over the years. Of course, he will have safety pins in his diapers when they finally get him in the nursing home. But for now it looks like the Bay Area and SF Sonic are stuck with him.
